La Plage du Martinez have a new look since May 2023. From the menu to the plate, Jean Imbert, the new chef at Hôtel Martinez, has created every detail. Designer Rémi Tessier is responsible for the design. The dining room and terrace have a breezy, yachting spirit with navy blue, to recall the Mediterranean, and warm terracotta.The chef's menu features traditional and sharing plates, with strong references to the Mediterranean and the French Riviera, with a highlight on fresh, seasonal products from local producers. The restaurant and bar are open all year round during the day, and in the evening from June to September. During the summer, you can enjoy a DJ lounge atmosphere every evening, as well as fireworks evenings.
