AREV revives the legendary Strand Restaurant and Champagne Lounge. Long a staple of Saint Tropez, this storied venue was born in the oldest restaurant space in the region - it also once housed a speakeasy in its back room.

Only the freshest produce, including vegetables and herbs from our very own kitchen garden make it to The Strand, so our chef can transform it into an unforgettable sensory experience. Locally sourced ingredients are at the heart of our culinary approach.
